Therefore, it is important to emphasize link between proinflammatory state, distress, clinical features in acne vulgaris (AV), a chronic disease. We aimed examine distress systemic markers (systemic immune-inflammation index (SII) inflammation (SIRI)) their relationship with illness-related factors AV patients address this potential link. Method: This study recruited 129 without any psychiatric disorder 60 healthy subjects matched patient group regarding age gender. All participants’ current depressive, anxiety, stress levels were assessed Depression Anxiety Stress Scale-21 (DASS-21). The severity was evaluated Global Acne Scoring System (GASS). SII [neutrophils × platelets/lymphocytes] SIRI monocytes/lymphocytes] calculated through routine blood screenings during admission. Results: DASS-21 significantly higher than controls (t=2.544; p<0.05), while Stress, SII, did not differ groups (p>0.05). Duration illness positively correlated (r=0.30, p<0.001). A multivariate regression model using duration illness, GASS score, revealed that only predicted (β=0.31, p<0.05). Conclusion: Independent status, associated patients. Clinicians should be more attentive monitoring patients, particularly those prolonged duration, willing seek help from specialist psychiatrist increase quality life AV.
